JENNINE DUNNE
Jennine’s warm and friendly personality, background in various aspects of the real estate process, diligent attention to detail, as well as strong customer service and negotiating skills will help create a smooth and positive real estate transaction.
Jennine Dunne has lived on the Central Coast for over twenty years and has had her real estate licence for 19 years. She is familiar with all of the local markets. She has extensive and unique knowledge of the process of purchasing and selling residential real estate as she has worked in my faucets of real estate. She is originally from the Pasadena, CA, where her family has owned a well-established property management company since the early 1970’s.
She graduated from Woodbury University in Burbank, CA with a BS in Business Management. She was raised surrounded by both the real estate and construction industries, and worked for the family property management business during college. She spent several years working in various aspects of customer service (including international) and received her Real Estate License in 2005. Jennine was a residential loan officer at a small brokerage in Pismo Beach and then continued as a Residential Loan Officer at Downey Savings. She also spent several years working alongside her husband in a busy real estate appraisal business. Jennine decided to join the Coldwell Banker team in 2013 and worked with them until March of 2023, when the company became Better Homes and Garden Real Estate Haven Properties.
